Cancelling Order & refund
Once the order has shipped we can’t issue the refund but if the order is in the packing stage we can cancelled & issue a refund if you request us to do, cancellation fee applied %10.
If product is finished then will issue full refund
Courier and Shipment
Usually ifag.com.au use Australian post and Sendle Courier service but in the rare case, we may use different couriers in all case we do not charge an extra fee.
There is a flat fees of $9.00 to every order for the shipment.
Why I have to provide IDs?
In Australia seller must have to establish customer legal age to sell tobacco products Therefore ifag.com.au cannot process any order until we don’t get Government acceptable IDs such as driving license/ Passport/ Proof of age card.
